Our Holiday Homes include; Sandy Bay House, Chandos Beach Villa & Apt and the Apartments at New Haven Mansion.
These properties are family oriented. We have an average of 8 weddings and honeymoons each year. Both Paynes Bay Beach and Gibbs Beach are popular marriage sites.
Newhaven Mansion Apartments
New Haven Mansion nestles among very large magnificent tropical flowering and non flowering trees giving it a sense of tranquility, relaxation and restful holiday.These together with its friendly staff, its cleanliness,and the widespread feeling of "from home to home" have led to a high percentage of returning guests.
The fabulous beach about a few metres away across the road and the large central swimming pool contribute to a satisfying holiday.
There are 14 very spacious self catering suites ranging from 1 2 3 & 4 bedrooms with bathrooms ensuite. Most of these suites are fitted out with attractive four poster mahogany beds and beautiful antique and other fine hand crafted furniture.
It is ideal for families, reunions,small groups, weddings and anniversaries.
The property has it own fresh water swimming pool together with its own private access to the beautiful Gibbs Beach (100 metres away) which offers free bathing.
Holetown & Speightstown, two major shopping centres, are only a short drive away, where you can find shops, bars & restaurants.

Chandos Beach Villa
The attractive Chandos Beach Villa is a rental option suitable for larger families or groups. The Chandos Suite is an equally attractive option with just one bedroom.
Chandos is a typical Bajan Beach House situated on the beautiful West Coast of Paynes Bay, St.James. The accommodation consists of four double ensuite bedrooms, all with A/C.
The main features of the property are the lounge and dining room, which has a balcony looking out over the beach and the Caribbean Sea.

Sandy Bay House
All 4 air conditioned bedrooms directly overlook the beach from their patio. The house is terraced right over the sand and has a particularly panoramic view from the upstairs balcony.
Along with the neighbouring Chandos, the villa has all the expected facilities of high standard accommodation and if any special facilities ae required, every effort is made to fufill these needs. Cots and babysitters are available on request.
